These are comments made by our realtor. We’d like as much done on this list as possible.
2.3.1 Kick out flashing. This requires the right contractor and likely there is a "best practices" way to do it and then there is a solution that works.
2.5.1 Downspout drains. Splash blocks in the front yard will not get the water far enough from the house. We feel doing a tightline to the pool neighbors' side would be best and would pick up both downspouts. (It also should cure item 6.4.1 Water in the crawlspace. We will need a conversation as to the way we would proceed. There will need to be one or more splash blocks on the north side.)
4.3.1 Six areas where additional sealant should be added. Really simple fix but requires the correct sealant color.
