Architectural Drawing
I'm in the process of purchasing a property in Southern York county and need to build an addition on which will house my elderly mother and step-father. I'm looking to have construction drawings created to submit to both a builder and also the township for permits. Nothing major, 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home with basement, potentially a walkout basement. The plan is to have the basement unfinished.
