Hardwood Flooring Refinishing/Staining
Approximately 1,760 sq ft of yellow toned oak hardwood flooring to be refinished/stained, plus 15 all-oak steps with oak treads and risers, one 4' × 4' oak landing, the full stair railing and spindles, and approximately 17 linear feet of loft railing and spindles. We are in process of closing on this home with a closing date of 8/31. We would like the work done anytime after that.
