Framing Work
The cluster box needs to be removed and put on a temporary stand so it can be used. The old slab, which is not code, needs to be removed, and the area leveled to frame for a 48-inch x 48-inch and 8-inch depth of concrete to be poured. I already have the cluster mailbox on order. The company will be installing it. I just need someone to prep the area and pour the concrete. And the code is also to use concrete. I do have a photo I can send to a phone. Also, as you pull into the condominium, it is the first mailbox cluster you will see on your left. Right across from the circle drive and the clubhouse.
