Vinyl Windows Replacement
I currently have the vinyl windows that slide up and down or at least should. I would like to replace them with something so that I am not losing heat and ac out of them. I am working with Rural Development Grant program. And you would be paid at the end of the job from them. The room has 6 large and 1 small window.
