Excellent work, can pay installments if needed. Good communication and followup. Any issues resolved. Still in the process of completing a second contract with them.
Had my back deck extended which required the removal of part of a lifted cement slab in an old dog run and removal of some major sized tree roots. They removed all the roots and took out all the bad concreted, poured new concrete over the entire area, overlaying the old, and connected it to my extended deck, stamped and stained/sealed the concrete. After the forms were laid out I asked if they would also cement in my lower flowerbed rock wall and finish it off nicely, adding a walkway along the base. They have done this for me. So far I'm loving it!! They even started on the front by overlaying, stamping and sealing the area on the front porch.
I made a second contract with them to do the front driveway, sidewalks and the sidewalks on both sides of the house leading to the back yard. All stamped, stained/sealed concrete. They will also acid wash my garage floor and seal it for me.
Very easy to talk with, busy with multiple contracts going at the same time so they are not going to show up early in the morning and spend the whole day at your house. They do parts of the job that need curing before they can come back to seal. So they are back and forth but has been no problem for me. I asked them to complete the back yard and do the garage floor prior to the Holidays and then come back afterwards to tear out the driveway and start on the front. We contracted initially on 11/3 and I decided to go ahead with it on the 8th. They showed up the next day and spent two days just digging out the ground around the tree roots so they could cut them out. Today is the 18th and they just finished sealing all the concrete for the extended deck. Will be returning to finish the garden wall and small side walk which needs to cure before it can be sealed. So far it has been 8 working days.
