"Advance Remodeling did a great task on my kitchen area grout and restroom caulking. My partner and I were vacating our condominium, and required some touch-ups prior to leasing it out.
The cooking area grout now looks much better than when we initially relocated, not joking. Whatever was done rapidly, easily, and incredibly well.

Today is Jan 17, 2022. Unfortunately I cannot accurately rate this company until I see results, stemming from water leakage of the ceiling on my enclosed porch resolved. The porch was completely sometime in 2019 however there have been issues over the years. Although responsive in the past and I am hopeful this TIME will be the final call. I am not sure if the materials used for the ceiling are the issue or the sealing and workmanship faulty. I respectfully request Advance Remodeling stand behind the work and $33k Investment I made to enjoy a secure living space. Rose Vodak 6113 Medora Rd Linthicum Hgts MD 21090 443-517-3437 . I have texted pics to India and Joy and hope Arman or Ruhl will take for action.
