We had a new system installed on our house it was on a third floor unfinished space. So they had a new heat pump installed and we also had new duct work installed but the reason why I gave them a 5 is that we have no issues with our system that was installed by the builder. They were able to assess what the problem was and they actually did it all of the duct work for the current system as well. They were very honest from the beginning, I thought their price was fair and they found some few things that we didnt realize was issues. I think they did a great job.

Permits
- Building permit records show that Airworks Cooling & Heating, LLC has worked on 2546 permitted projects.
They were all the things mentioned below, reliable, informative, etc. etc. My project was about a 7K spend, and I do plan on using them again. I remember I did my research and I looked at a handful of local companies, and what made Airworks Cooling & Heating standout is always the same (remember a HVAC installation is pretty commodity, every vendor out there has access to the same manufacturers, and can generally install the equipment according to the mfgs specs.) The standout is always the same, who goes the extra-mile and more importantly who comes across as the most "trust-worthy" and these guys delivered on both.
