I definitely DO NOT recommend doing business with ATLANTIC POOLS & SPAS. If you have had a bad experience with ATLANTIC, complain to the BBB and they will respond. After 5 years of pool equipment breaking, and difficulties balancing our pool water, we discovered ATLANTIC installed our pool filter system backwards!!! This caused dirty water to flow through our pool equipment, breaking our UV LIGHT kit and our HAYWARD POOL HEATER. Not only have we had dirty water flowing back into our pool for 5 years, our broken heater also deposited large amounts of copper into our pool water. ATLANTIC never diagnosed the problem and shifted the responsibility for all of the problems we were having on us, telling us we would have to use chemicals to make our pool water safe for swimming. The use of these extra chemicals caused the gel coating on our pool finish to oxidize, shortening the life of our pool's finish. Atlantic said they would replace the equipment they had broken, but are now refusing because we would not agree to pull our BBB complaint before the work was complete. Apparently this bullying tactic has allowed this very bad company, with so many negative reviews, to maintain an A+ BBB rating.
If you hire ATLANTIC You will NOT get A+ workmanship or customer service.
