I hired Bruce for several home remodel projects several years ago. Much of what he did back then has since failed and had to be repaired or replaced — including plumbing, Sheetrock, roof vents, and tiling. Things might look okay when he’s done and gets his final check, but in a few years you’ll find that you paid for poor quality work. Bruce pulled no permits for the work he did for me, so I'm surprised to see a rating partially based on number of permits he has initiated. On one of the jobs he did — the last time I hired him — he used cheap materials that I had specfcally told him to avoid, and when I found out and challenged him on it he stopped returning my phone calls. The reason I thought to post this today is I am currently dealing with repairs for yet another thing Bruce messed up on my house. I regret hiring him more than I can say.
