I hired John Besek Sr. & his son John Bernard Besek to wire a new home I built in Imperial Beach. The Besek’s did not get permits that I had contracted them to do. I had nest security cameras set up. Both of them urinated on the carpet in the living room as they worked. I saw them smoking a crystalline substance from a glass pipe using a blow torch. John Jr. dedicated on my kitchen floor after he smoked. I saw his father laugh. When I confronted them and showed them the video John Besek Sr. said they would finish for free. They finished the job. After they left I saw that they stole the appliances and 80% of all the copper pipes from my home.
