Our coop hired John Diadone who is BK START2FINISH to paint our fire escapes and the ironwork railings in front of our building. He signed a contract which stated that the work was warrantied for 5 years. He did not finish the job and the I believe he ran out of paint so that the front railings in general were painted very unevenly. When we emailed John and asked him to come back to complete the job, he made to different appointments to do so and didn't show up for either. The fire escapes were ok but the work i the front was incomplete and shoddy and he did not honor the contract he signed. I would NOT recommend him to do any work as he's unreliable and not honest.
