I strongly recommend Brian Robbins Construction and Design to anyone who is particular about craftsmanship, attention to detail, overall costs, cleanliness of the job site, and detailed invoices. Brian remodeled our bathroom in 2011 and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the job.
In addition to performing the work, Brian helped us with the overall design and recommended many of the materials. He completed the carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, and cabinetry work himself, eliminating the need for sub-contractors which reduced costs. Throughout the project, Brian treated us as valued clients and respected our home. That is, his presence was unobtrusive, and he cleaned up as he worked, in many cases several times per day.
Our next remodeling job is the master bedroom and bath, and we’ve already asked Brian to work us into his schedule.

Brian completely rebuilt the interior downstairs of the townhouse my wife & I live in. We knew that his experience was in very hi-end construction jobs, so the initial meetings were a case of getting everyone on the same page when it came to budget, but we were glad to see that the project was well within reason once we found a level of doors, etc. that we could approve. The great benefit of this arrangement was that we got the services of a top-notch contractor who has worked on million dollar homes, without the associated price tag. We were very very happy with how everything turned out and would recommend Brian highly.

700 square feet took Brian 9 months to cosmetically renovate. He did everything his way first and then the way he was being paid to do it second.
He didn't trouble himself to hire licensed plumbers so the first time I turned on the shower, the pipe exploded in the wall. The drywall had to be removed and replaced after the place dried for a few weeks. Vents in rooms were sealed so steam from the shower collected in the attic. It started dripping from a wooden ceiling so we got to pay someone else to correct most of his work.he also abandoned the job because he didn't want to tile my shower like the one in his pictures. It's no wonder he is not a licensed contractor.
His brother was apparently "supervising" the job which meant he stood outside, enjoyed the sun and smoked pot all day. I could go on.
If this is what you're looking for then, 5 stars all the way!
