  My home renovation was an addition of a master suite to my modest residential home for my retired father including the addition of a separate vanity with a tiled shower, toilet and ceramic tile flooring, lighting, custom finishings throughout. I can sum up his services in one word -WOW!!! The work done is beautiful and flawless!. It gives me pride that I made a wise decision to hire him. Jim also has many reputable and discounted connections for other renovation services (i.e. pest control, landscaping, etc.). It seems a lot of professionals in the valley respect and like being a help to Jim’s clients. I have hired other contractors for home renovations in the past and I can tell you is that Jim is no comparison. There were no surprises on the the agreed renovation project – except he exceeded my expectations considerably. His craftsmanship is that of detail and personal pride. I took a chance with this “stranger” who was doing some work in my neighborhood. I hired Jim and hoped for the best and got better than the expected results in price, timeliness and most importantly, trust. Outfits like this do not come around very often, if ever. His price for the work completed was way below competitors. I don’t know how he does it. Plus, he completed the job in shorter time than expected. Jim’s attention to detail and the extra attention to the customer as a whole, not just project hardware tunnel vision bare minimum makes his a rare gem in the contractor business. He always would make a point that when a task was completed, he would do a little extra like repairs and finishing touches that were not in the original project scope, and at no extra cost – putting the property in better shape than when he arrived on the site beyond the job itself. And it pays off. It shows that he takes pride and ownership in what he does. I appreciate his extra work and performance beyond measure. Also, during the renovation I got to know Jim and I can consider that my family has generated a new personal friendship through this process even after he left the site. Consider yourself fortunate if you have the opportunity to hire Cadillac Tile.
