I had a split ductless unit installed by Capital. The installation was done professionally and without incident. The installers took pains to clean up after themselves. The electricians did not clean up after themselves. The electrical installation also went smoothly. Both the a/c installers and the electricians did very nice professional looking work. I did find that the electricians left the packaging from some of the parts and bits and piece of insulation they had stripped from some wires on the floor and drifting around in my yard. One of the a/c installers came back after the electricians had gone to charge and balance the a/c. He was unhappy to find the wrappings and insulation and actually helped me clean up. I notified the owner of Capital who stated he would speak to the electricians as it reflected poorly on him. The only other issue had to do with having all of the paperwork completed. It took longer than it should have. I would have them back if I ever need another a/c installed or replaced.
