Chris George Custom Homes did a fantastic job turning the vision we had for our home into a reality. Our 1920's home was lacking the outdoor space we wanted for entertaining and relaxing - we were concerned about what we may find opening up old plaster walls and what might not be possible, but Chris made it possible. He was always responsive to our questions and made sure that we were always in the loop. Every crew that came to work on our home was professional and courteous. The high quality work that was done will be enjoyed by our family for many years. Chris was an absolute delight to work with - if you're looking to build a new home, upgrade your current home, build an addition - look no further. This is your guy. Thanks, Chris George!

Caleb George is a terrible person to work with. he kept promising he would get our remodeled and would get back with us in a timely manner. it took over 6 months of trying to contact him via text, phone calls, and emails. the price of the project keeps changing and is now $150, 000.00 more than his original quote. he originally stated he would replace our old windows, and now he will not, unless we give more money. it is now 10 months later and our work has not started. you can never get in touch with him, he constantly lies about prices and start dates, and other people who have worked with him has said the same thing. we are now looking for another company to do our home project and have wasted 10 months of are time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR REMODELING.

Over all the home was built with good quality. It's the little things that are an issue. We have had problems the sump pump it went out twice in the first year flooding my basement. Any minor problems that should be warranty have not been addressed. Large issues with my septic have been ignored an promised to be fixed 10 months later nothing has been done. I would not recommend them or use them for my next house.

We did not personally build with him, but moved into a home that was two years old. We realize the original homeowner is the one with the warranty and it has since expired, but we have some ongoing issues, like leaking windows and a room that leaks, etc. Also, some week flooring that needs to be fixed. I have sent several emails, text messages, Facebook messages to the company and even tried to go to where the address is listed for their office and it wasn’t there. I have done this for the last five months. Originally he answered one time on a question I had, but since then would never return any calls or messages. I even stop by an open house that someone sets out every day and gave them information and he still didn’t call. I sent one last email today and also to Facebook messenger, and I got a very nasty email back. Basically, saying this house wasn’t ours originally as a build and the warranty is expired and what do we want from him? I have explained several times I want nothing for free, I just want advice on what could be going wrong with his build. I would never build with him personally, nor would I ever recommend him to anybody. I thought this was a reputable builder, but apparently I was misinformed. We have lived in many half million dollar homes through the years and I have never dealt with anyone Like this. They always go above and beyond no matter how many years you’ve had the home. It’s just common courtesy and kindness. That’s all it amounts to.
