Came across Chris through Weathershield. Have a Weathershield door with a German lock system. The lock system went bad and I couldn't get any help locally (I'm in Concord, Lake County, Oh). Sent Chris some pictures, spent some time on the phone with him; he came up from Medina Co (about 1.5 hrs) analyzed the problem, ordered parts and came back to replace faulty parts with new. Chris knew what he was doing, showed up when he said he would, returned calls, texts etc.; very professional. would highly recommend him.
