I do not recommend hiring Brad King. He recently built a large addition on my home. The construction took over double the estimated time, workmanship was poor, he was rarely on site, refused to stick to his own schedule that I had to repeatedly ask for in the first place, and he was disrespectful to both me personally and my home design. If he didn't like the design, he would question it, I would assure him that is what I want - sometimes multiple times - and he would build it the way he wanted anyway completely ignoring my requests. After he yelled and swore at me, I had to hire an owner's representative just to ensure he finished the project consistent with the approved plans. Unfortunately, that decision didn't come soon enough, as there are several very large mistakes that cannot be easily fixed. And my owners rep (another contractor) had all the same issues with him that I had. STAY AWAY! If you are still considering hiring him after reading this, I would be happy to explain in more detail the awful experience I had.
