I have had this company for years and have always had great service. This time I'm not happy. I have asked 3 time for a cap for one of the holes that has wires in it. I'm afraid my dog or the little kids next door will get hurt. I also believe the service person who came to check the irrigation sprinklers did a poor job. There happens to be 2 or more sprinklers that DO NOT retract after sprinkling. I have paid my bill, but the service was below the previous years. I'm going around pushing down sprinklers as not to run over them or someone tripping over them.
