Contractor is NOT licensed or bonded. He left our place in shambles, shingles littered the yard along with staples and nails when he left on Sunday with plans to return on Tuesday. He consumed alcohol on the premises (we found empty beer cans and bottles in a trash bag in the back yard) and he fell off the ladder at one point requiring a trip to the ER, came back having gotten a pain shot and Prescription RX for pain -- then got back on the roof. He was belligerent when we asked him to get down. We had given him $1838.49 as a down payment. He did remove shingles from a 30 x 80 roof (we picked up shingles, staples and nails from the yard and flower beds and disposed of them -- he failed to bring a dumpster, wanting instead to BORROW OUR TRAILER for disposal of debris. He also borrowed and broke out broom (he failed to bring his own, and borrowed our gloves for himself and his helper. He did get as far as putting felt paper down on the decking by the time we fired him and we felt that $1838 was more than enough for a tear off and felting of a 30 x 80 roof on a double wide trailer. Upon further investigation we learned that he as a Domestic Assault/Bodily Harm and Public Intoxication conviction from 6/20/2011 out of Memphis, Booking #: MEM11124574
I hired them to do some work on my home. They were very professional and did everything that was to be done. My place was left clean and looking better than before. They did what they said and I will hire them in the future for any additional work I am going to need. They did a gret job!
