Horrible company for Insulation install !!!!
They will come in with the sales pitch showing you a book of reviews but will leave out all the bad reviews. When they build the quote make sure to make your own list of things promised as the sales person doesn't communicate with the installer. Once the job is done you will have to use your list and make sure they completed each task . They billed me for can lighting boxes , attic hatch covers, and a consistent amount of insulation, all of which were not completed. It will take some firm negotiating to have them come out to verify and fix stuff in addition you will have to ask for money back since they didn't complete things as promised . They pride themselves on being veteran owned but dont carry with them the values of a true veteran, Integrity is their weakest value.

Craftmasters recently performed a basement finish, with a renovated bath, new fireplace, bar, flooring, paint and custom trim around all of my windows and doors. They build their own cabinets which helped speed the process and allowed us to deal with just one contractor. The basement went from dingy to fresh, clean and modern. Bill and Tony were easy to work with.
