I have seen some of this contractor's work and it is really good but I guess I picked the wrong time to have my deck built. Less than 3 years and the stairs are falling down and the deck is sagging. Owner and others came out and claimed they would correct deficiencies and stand by their work but it has yet to happen after more than 2 years. Reality is it will cost them to much to fix. Friendly folks but they cut too many corners on my deck to make an extra buck!
