  Wow... my husband and I were just wondering if she was still out scamming people. We lost 40000 to her and a pool that was never completed. We had to rip it out and start again with another company. Even though we won a lawsuit we never received payment. How does the state allow this to continue. It was 2005 when she did this to us. It turns my stomach that this is still going on 15 years later.

  Even tho she came referred by a family member, she and her husband are dishonest scammers. We signed a contract on 10/3/18 and fired her in late March 2019. She gave us an endless number of excuses (we eventually learned they were all lies) for 5 months about the backlog in the permit dept until my husband called and was told that no permits had been filed under our address. After demanding delivery of the pavers we had paid for, they finally arrived in mid March. Her subs installed new coping and water line tile but by this time but we were beyond worried that we'd never see a finished project or a return of the money we had already paid her. I also started searching on the internet and found a number of licensing board complaints and issues plus the review on this site from Feb 2018. This reviewer's experience is similar to ours altho ours was a smaller project in terms of dollars. We have no idea if the subs were paid for their work. She owes us thousands so be warned to stay far away from Legacy Aquatics/Marcia Lamerbertini/Diquez.

  Beware: This contractor is using a different alias Marcia Lambertini of Legacy Aquatics is really Marsha Paola Disquez of Legacy Pools of South Florida. After doing due diligence before hiring her I was a bit confused so I confronted contractor and asked her if she was part of Legacy Pools of South Florida and had a partner named Roger. She looked me strait in the eye and said no she was Marcia Lambertini and that she did not know anyone from Legacy pools of South Florida. Unfortunately I believed her because she does come off as being very nice and my husband and I signed a contract with her for a $55,000. pool. Soon after although she appeared to be very attentive she began to talk about her past clients and partners unfavorably including the couple who reffered her to us. She spent alot of time telling us about her personal problems with her husband. If that wasn't strange enough the sub contractors were forbidden to talk to us or give us their biz cards. We were told by her husband Felix that clients are not allowed in the backyard until the pool was complete. It was very strange that she would remove the permit from the tube and meet the inspectors in person. She became so high maintenance and exhausting mentally with her need for constant attention something just wasn't adding up. So I went to public records and found Marsha Paola Lambertini married Felix Disquez. where the "Marcia" came from seems to have been stolen from someone in her family or on FB. Then I pulled the complaints from the DPR and they were astounding. She simply screwed alot of people in the past both home owners, Subs and Vendors. License suspended multiple times. I saw her put the permit in the tube out front and walked to the back. I then went to the tube pulled the permit out and found she had filed for permit under Legacy pools of South Florida not Legacy Aquatics and as Marsha Disquez not Marcia Lambertini. I confronted her and she replied "Well if I had told you the truth you would have never hired me" Then I became invisible neither her or her husband would acknowledge my presence at my property I could walk right over to them and they would completely ignore me. When she came for the next draw. I told her I didn't trust her any more and before I cut her another check I wanted ROL from all subs and vendors. Oh I will give you a blanket one after the project is complete. I also told her I was only going to give her a check upon delivery of the pavers, which never came. I only received a few ROL's none from the electrician or plumbers. After giving her over 30g. Given the huge red flag I had now uncovered and after several manipulating calls from her. I terminator her for falsifing who she really was and her past. We filed for an owner builder permit to discover she then started her hate campaign of us. She called the building Inspectors telling them we refused to pay her for all her work we were horrible people. Then started the hate campaign with subs to not work for us because we get people to do the work then do not pay. Well we had Triple M complete our deck and we paid him over 10g so we have also purchased our glass tile and have paid them along with pool boy and a final with a honest pool company. She is a complete mess and also don't fall for her huge book of pools she claims to have completed as she had a pool interestingly enough in her portfolio that is a friend of mine in Manalapan's pool who I knew she did not build. She later said she only helped the contractor with the tile. They often claim they do alot of work in the Naples area and have a full fledged company with machinery there. They do not!!! This couples pool business is based on a pack of lies and fraudulently using a false name to avoid home owners knowing the truth about them. They are a complete train wreck trust me pay the extra money and wait your time in line and hire a reputable pool company that has a true track record of not having their license suspended multiple times as this person has. The drama is just not worth your time, money or aggravation. Her CPC number is 1456644 check her out yourself click on her history with the Florida DPR and Licensing board with over $160,000 in restitution and fines its just crazy Florida still allows her to operate
