D'Jo Flooring installed and grouted our tile floor, fireplace surround, hearth, backsplashes, and showers/tub. They have grout, caulk, and thinset smeared everywhere - on the cabinetry, woodwork, walls, hardwood floors, and the tile itself. They installed an incredibly sloppy fireplace hearth and surround. Both the rows and columns of tile are visibly crooked (not plumb or level) and the caulk used is a different color than the grout. They consistently used grout where caulk is standard (between surfaces with differing expansion and contraction rates). Joe from D'Jo Flooring tried to scrape off the excess grout using a box cutter. In frustration, he said he had to get back to a job at local law firm, Mette, Evans & Woodside, to clean the hardened grout off their tile. He walked away after telling me to just use grout cleaner. The "premier"contractor who hired D'Jo Flooring sees nothing wrong with their workmanship and blames the hand-made EPRO tile. A representative from the tile manufacturer kindly said, "There is little question that a more satisfactory installation should have been achievable." What an understatement.
