Dynamic Marble and Granite

Would not use this company again! Granite looks great. Left the job incomplete. Returned the day after installation to install a piece they forgot the day before. Then did not have caulk with them, left the stove pulled out. Said they were coming back the next day. Received a call from Richard demanded payment. Told him the job was not complete. He shows up at my house demanding payment and verbally abusive. Then calls the police. So after the police came I ended up paying him. Job still not complete. I had to install the stove and caulk the area they did not. The piece they came to install on day two broke away from the wall when I installed the stove.

We were impressed by the friendly, professional service in choosing our granite and getting a price. After we signed up, though, the professionalism ended. They did not show up in the time window provided. They came for installation without one of the back splash pieces and had to come back again. There was a problem with the way the sink hole had been cut, and although the fix actually only took 5 minutes to do, they argued and gave me a very hard time about doing it. Finally, they tracked dirt all through my house (2-3 guys each time), and left dirt and silicone on the floor and rug in my bathroom. Judging from the sediment on my toilet, I believe they flushed granite residue from the adjustment down the toilet into our septic system.

Though there were a lot of chips missing from the back splash that they eventually brought, the counter looks OK overall, so I'm giving 3 stars. I hired these guys hoping that I'd be able to hire them back when we redo our kitchen. Not going to happen.

Hired this company based upon the rep's insistent follow up efforts, being friendly,courteous and interested in our business. After installation, and, asking why is left a 1/2" gap around entire kitchen, rep said to buy and fill in with grout caulk. As other work was also being done in our home during this time, other contractors, as well as my wife and I, couldn't believe a professional company would say to do that, and, leave the job in that condition. It felt like pulling teeth, but, rep finally drove here, after complaining it's nearly an hour to our home, to measure, as he wanted me to measure the entire kitchen area, to install a backsplash. I declined. Finally, at OUR COST, they installed and completed kitchen. Any time I/we mentioned something we wished altered, rep said WE SIGNED OFF. Surely, showing inexperience in a client-based business. Furthermore, when we mentioned we wished to address a PUNCH LIST in our Master Bath, again, took no GOODWILL STEPS , to address our concerns.

Rep also was given an opportunity to quote both upstairs Baths. Never received numbers. This company is BUYER BEWARE, so to speak. Not to mention, ALL $$$$ was paid! none held back! upon completion of work. Sadly, what brought us to this company, faith and trust, certainly left a lot to be desired, as well as once job was accepted and completed, NO FOLLOW UP whatsoever. Should have been a worthwhile experience. Nice enough guys. However, left a disappointing taste in our mouths.
