Dean Bolaris cheated a client out of $60,000 and me out of $20,000. The police actually got involved. In addition, his plans are a joke. Watch out for this crook.

Do not use this architect under any circumstances. He charged us 10k for a job. After our final payment was made he refused to communicate with us in any way. He did not complete the job he was paid to do. And the few drawings he did send us throughout the 6 month ordeal were very poor and improperly done. The experience was so bad that we are considering hiring an attorney and taking legal action against him.
