Redo part of driveway. Redo part of the front sidewalk. Redo the entry steps.

This contractor did a shoddy job on my driveway and entry. They were supposed to fix it... came back when I called, but never came back to redo their work. I got Kapeli Vunipoli, the contractor, to return for some more work the following year but as yet nothing has ever been corrected. DO NOT EVER USE CONTRACTOR TO DO WORK IF YOU WANT THE WORK DONE RIGHT. The original contract was agreed to and paid for on 11/4/2015. I will remove this if the work is fixed and completed.

RV Parking driveway and retaining wall February
    $9,200

I would not recommend this contractor to anyone because like others that had him do work his crew doesn't respect the property of the person that's paying him. His crew that builds retaining walls does shotty work and Kali wants money before they're finished. I made the mistake by paying them before the job was finished. The old man that did the wall didn't put mortar between all the bricks. They pieces of my fence apart and said they would put it back the next day never seen them again. I will never have them do work for me again.

    Work remains unfinished

Work remains unfinished 2 months later. No response to certified letter. Frame apparently broke before concrete had set leaving sidewalk edge bulging, sloppy inconsistent brush work, damage to our stucco columns, removed part of front porch which has yet to be replaced, new driveway is narrower than old one and is a different color (several different shades of grey). When we asked that these repairs be made, the work finished as we had agreed to in writing -- we were told it would cost more money which was demanded in cash up front . . . again. Terrible.

This company proved to be dishonest and horrible. Due to a FAILURE to plan ahead Kali and his crew poured the new driveway before removing the sidewalk. Kali and his crew promised to NOT drive their heavy machinery across my front lawn but because of this FAILURE ,they; did IRREPARABLE DAMAGE to my flowerbeds and crushed several hundred dollars worth of decorative rocks; and TORE UP the grass and sprinkler system in their efforts to break-up the sidewalk. On 4/17/2014 and 4/18/2014 Kali promised to lay new sod and repair the sprinkler system. He failed to do either. The work that was done is of POOR quality. Kali and his crew allowed the cement to overflow the forms; leaving unsightly jagged edges. There are piles of leftover cement haphazardly dumped around the yard that has NOTHING to do with the driveway, sidewalk or RV pad, thus, I can only assume that this is leftover GARBAGE cement that was not cleaned up by Kali and his crew.
