We met Frank and Elizabeth at the 2018 Home Show and were very excited to work with them. Everything seemed to be going well until we gave them 2 sets of prints. They said they's have a quote in 2 or 3 weeks but after 13 weeks we started asking for our prints back. They wouldn't answer our calls or respond to our texts and we never got a quote from them. Almost a year later, we had to go to the 2019 home show to get our prints back. Even then they only returned one set and promised to either return the other set or compensate us for it. At $50/set, this is ridiculous. They gave us 6 excuses but no believable explanation of why they couldn't provide a quote.
