By Bob K.August 24, 2020Response from Full Service Heating and Air LLC August 27, 2020First off you NEVER called and informed me of any problem with the humidifier after installation, you are Full of crap. What you did do is: Text me Saying that you fixed a problem with your humidifier. there is a warranty on that, If you would had called your call would have had priority, BUT YOU NEVER CALLED. Further more your the guy that creepily shoves in my face a hand written note with another company's price for maintenance, and i guess you feel slighted that i declined to take you as one of my maintenance agreement customers. Months later you said hi to me when i was doing a complete install for your neighbor, i said hi back, and a week later i get the crazy man hate mail letter. And as for the little bits of wire you say i left behind, i guess you don't remember talking to me as i was on my knees cleaning up? I am so glad that i will never have to suffer through doing any work for you in the future, good luck

While there are many glowing Google reviews on Chris's website, I would like to know why he has never contacted me after installing a humidifier that was leaking when he left. Basic installation was neat, except for loose wires that I had to wire tie after he left and had to clean up bits and pieces of wire, etc. Also had to call the manufacturer of the humidifier and talk to their tech service for advice on what to look for, and then fixed the problem myself.
