We primarily did cosmetic changes to the apartment but did have to file with some of the others- Formactiv did a great job.

I am currently using Formactiv architecture design as architect of record with an interior designer. They have been absolutely amazing, they are quick, responsive and know how to deal with condo and coop boards. I work in the industry and would definitely recommend them. Fred from Fzad Architecture & Design, Pc did a huge project for customers of mine at 1185 Park and he is now doing our apartment at 116. He has his own expediting firm and has gotten good response from the DOB.
