Basement renovation
I was very pleased with the work that David Hagen completed in my basement. David has great attention to detail, is very organize in how he works. He put plaster on the bottom portion of the walls, put new boarders on all the affected doors, and did a great job in painting all the walls. The basement looks better than before flood. Thanks Dave.

Rehab on three rental properties
David was a savior after we were burned by another contractor on our first two rowhome renovations. He completed the work he said he would do on time (sometimes early) and on budget. His suggestions and expertise allowed us to get great results for a reasonable amount of money. David stood by his work and returned to resolve a few problems after completion at no extra cost.

Bathroom Tile Installation/Renovation
David provided a proposal that was right inline with the work required. He was easy to work with, started early and stayed late to keep on track with his proposal timeline. David worked with our pre-purchased materials (tiles), minor plumbing as well as masonry and drywall work required in our bedroom. David was always communicating and educating us during the process. We would highly consider recommending and/or hiring David again for his great attitude, friendliness and work ethic.

David Hagen was reliable and trustworthy and followed-up as needed. We recommend him for an old home whereby he raised a beam and inserted star bolts holding the outside wall from further movement.

Dave Hagen has performed many projects for me--both investment properties and numerous personal residences. Aside from being on-time and on-budget every time (unfortunately a rare thing!),the quality of work, regardless of the project budget, is fantastic.

Dave's skills are wide and deep--there's been nothing he hasn't been able to handle, from installing a screen door to renovating a basement and kitchen from top to bottom.

A great guy, with a great attitude, who does what he says he will, when it is supposed to be done--isn't that the way this is supposed to work?

David Hagen did great work and worked with me when I made changes to the proposal three times. Painting work, a new closet door, installing a kitchen floor, installing a new under-counter microwave oven, no job seemed beyond the ability of he or Andre who worked alongside him. Even after receiving full payment, he still came in to finish the work without prompting. I recommend him for his fairness and his ethical practice.

Kitchen remodel/renovation
I couldn't be happier with my finished kitchen. David was great to work with from the planning to the implementation of my design ideas and through construction. The change has brought my mid-twentieth century, post-WWII cape cod kitchen into the new millenium.
