I began refinishing hardwood because frankly I did not have the money to pay someone thousands of dollars to refinish the floors in my first home. It was an old Mission style home that I named "Eleanor". She was beautiful to me but the hardwood floors were in bad shape. I called in a professional refinisher to give me an estimate. The number he gave me was so out of the park, I decided right then to do them myself. Had I ever done floors before - Nope!
How did they turn out – well lets just say they were my first floors. I did however, get compliments on them but best of all, I saved myself thousands. Several floors later my friends began asking me to do their floors and I realized there was a need that should be filled. Everyone should be able to have beautiful floors at affordable prices. So I started a Hardwood Refinishing and Installation business offering a good service at a good price and 12 years later, here we are.

Before you consider using this company, please do your research! They have completely ruined our wood floors! The current result is after three attempts made by them (which included sanding down to bare wood twice!) We have paid them 2/3 of what we agreed on and we have to hire someone else to come in to completely redo the damage done by them. That's another $4000 on top of the $2660 we already paid them! We had to hire a National Flooring Wood Association Certified Inspector (an additional $700.00) to get the facts of the situation documented due to the fact this company has decided to play a he said she said game, reducing truth to lies, to try to avoid responsibility. We will unfortunately end up in court! PLEASE DON"T USE THEM! They are incapable of producing a satisfactory product. We have more information regarding this situation on his facebook page, Angie's List & the Better Business Bureau. We were not given the choice to rate them less then one star, otherwise we would have! This has been a horrible experience!
