We had water/condensation alot of leaking inside our house, from unit. They came out with in 24 hours (that was good to me) and cleaned the coils while unit still intact. It was filthy, we know that. Unit 4 years old, but we have alot of dust from driveway near house and our 3 inside dogs probably caused alot of it. They were very resonable pricing I thought. I was expecting double what they charged for this visit. But because system was so dirty they had to come back out the next morning and remove the coils completely, take it outside and use hose to clean throughly and he put it back together. Then that was it. The only problem is if it was taken apart the first visit he might have not had to come back. The second visit only took 75 minutes or so to do all of that. First visit took 2 hours, but he also had blower unit off too the first visit. Also he did not charge me a second time nor said anything about a bill in the mail.
