My landlord also used this contractor and the experience was horrible. Mike never showed up on time and sometimes not all. His unprofessionalism and attitude was appalling. Projects that should have taken two weeks at the most stetched to months. Further, he left projects either unfinished or done with shoddy workmanship. For example, woods didn't match, our electricity went out after his crew worked on the circuit, and they left holes in our floorboards and walls. He also left my apartment in a mess, stole personal items, and stored his things in a pile on top of ours. After we requested that he not leave large nails in our driveway, we spent several nights outside with a flashlight picking up nails for fear of getting a flat tire. At one point we learned that he tried to get his last payment from our landlord at a reduced rate despite him leaving several projects incomplete. I cannot stress enough what a terrible experience this was.

my landlord hired this contractor to perform some work on the duplex I live in. Mike or Michael Thieber is dangerous and should be avoided at all costs. it started with shoddy work and making a mess. it ended with missing prescriptions, stolen property and this jerk threatening me and my family...

Avoid at all costs. Hired to do a roof. His entire crew quit on him, so he was picking up randoms from Menards and a homeless shelter. Complete nightmare, fired him mid roof it was so bad. The roof was taking weeks, most roofs are under 4 days.
