JC Bib Contracting is outstanding. I needed a handicapped accessible ramp built on the front of my house, and when I called Jeremie, he was out the same day to complete the FREE estimate. When he quoted me a price I was shocked to hear his FAIR pricing. I was sold when he explained in detail what I would need and why it would cost what it did. When Casey called to schedule my appointment, she was courteous and found a day and time that worked for my hectic schedule. Jeremie had workers out to my house quickly where work was completed efficiently. I am very excited about the work completed at my home and have already begun working with Jeremie about future work I would like completed on my house. As long as JC Bib contracting is in business, I will not use anyone else.

jc bib and crew just finished drywall repair, paint, and new banisters in my front foyer. came out beautiful.great work. neat and tidy. friendly crew.

jeremy just finished my new concrete driveway, concrete pool surround ,paver walkway and patio. his work was absolutely impeccable, and i'm truly impressed. all my neighbors have been by to compliment the work, and at least two of them will have him do their driveway and one will ask him for a paver patio like mine. i watched the entire process. the care in removal of the old concrete was outstanding. he is an excellent backhoe operator. the verizon cables were just buried touching the bottom of the old concrete and were not damaged in any way. they took great care around my pool equipment and pipes ,and there was no damage. the old pipes were encased in concrete and i expected them to need to be replaced ,but they were unharmed.the finish work on the concrete is absolutely perfect. i wish i could post pictures. the walkway and patio are BEAUTIFUL. wire matt was used throughout the concrete and lifted to be about two inches down as is recommended. not exactly easy. my driveway is on a slope. pitched nice and drains well. i tested it. same around the pool, and you cant even tell. truly top notch. i would recommend him all day and into the night. wish i could say that about even one other contractor whho has done work for me in delaware. hard working, polite, personable crew, many of them his brothers. and americans besides. excellent small local company. and fast too. lots of work over four days. saturday, sunday ,monday tuesday. i'm very fussy and he truly exceeded my expectations. and the pricing very reasonable.

did some paint work for me. its very hard to find anyone worthwhile as a contractor in DE. people will never fix errors or imperfections in their work. he will. i purchased the paint, and it didnt cover well. he put on two coats per our agreement. the paint was still 'see thru' after two coats, but he came back at no charge and fixed it. thank you. I will use his service again. soon.
also his "cut" was perfection. cutting in the paint around mouldings is the hardest part of painting. when done well it really makes the trim 'pop'. looked so nice i didnt want to put the curtains back up because they obscure how nice it looks.
he starts some concrete work for me this week.
i will review and post after he is done.
