Stay well away. This is not a professional and his work is tardy at best. Unreliable to a degree that is unbelievable. Told me he was coming at 8am every day for two weeks and never turned up at all. He will tell you what you want to hear but cannot support with timekeeping and decent work. When he is at your home he will be constantly fending off upset customers and smoking outside. I would never have him back at my home if he offered his services free of charge. Jerry is a conman, FACT.

Let's put it this way, don't have him put in a new shower or install tiles for you. He used glue on ours vice mortar and now i'm having to repair his work....

Mr. Capes failed to perform construction work as per our agreement. He failed to keep the project on schedule. He failed to communicate project schedule and cost overrun. He failed to respond to my constant queries for status on the project. His subcontractors requested payment from me when it should have been him; they complained to me that he wasn't paying them as per their agreement, which made for an uncomfortable situation. He allowed young children in the work site creating a hazard and liability. His crew utilized my personal refrigerator without permission. He never showed up when he said he would. His low prices are a gimmick; his craftsmanship is subpar at best. Hire him at your own risk!
