I called Mr. Jones to come look at my roof. He was on time and very professional. After speaking to Mr. Jones it was obvious to me that he knew how to do his job very well. I decided to hire Mr. Jones and gave him the downpayment. The next day he called and wanted to go over the details one final time before ordering the materials.
Sure enough, when the time came to get my roof replaced, he showed up (early, too) with his crew and trucks and equipment and a plan of attack. I was amazed at how everyone jumped out of their vehicles and went straight to work. They were like a machine - each person instinctively went straight to doing their jobs.
Before long they had the old roof off and cleaned up when here comes the delivery truck - just like clockwork they managed to be ready for the materials exactly when they arrived! Soon after I could hear the sound of tools fired up and production had started.
I was very pleased with their professionalism and attitudes and their work was top-notch. I usually shop around and do much research before undertaking a project. And I can say for sure that this company met my expectations and then some! I did receive bids that were cheaper than Mr. Jones' bid, and he was happy to work with me to get to where I needed to be on the price.
But after having them do the job I can see why they aren't the cheapest bid. And to be honest, I was so impressed with how they managed the entire thing, that I cannot see letting anyone else come in and do this job. They are like the circus in some respects, you don't see them everyday but when you do it is an eye-opening experience. WOw~!! I would not only recommend them but advise you to stay away from the rest. Jones Residential Roofing is the BEST in my opinion!!
