Billy remodeled our kitchen and it was completed in August 2015. A few weeks after completion, the pipe under the sink started leaking. We texted and called him multiple times. Once he answered a few weeks later, he said he was too busy, so he sent his plumber to repair it, and we still had to pay. Billy tells people he is a plumber and electrician but he is not licensed. He is only licensed for contracting. Now, we have a leak in the kitchen wall that had to be cut open. It caused by a nail that was accidentally drilled into the pipe when they put the molding up. He refuses to come back, sent a nasty/rude text, and claims he is no longer in the business and he's on to a new venture. Our kitchen recessed light has been blinking and getting dim for two months, and he refuses to replace it or even come back. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, he will tell you story after story how he will come back if there is a problem, but he hasn't kept his word.
