Livin' A Dream Renovations

We hired Bob for a basement finishing project. Bob and his entire team were incredibly respectful, clean and professional. The work was performed in meticulous detail and to the highest of standards. I am by no means an expert in home remodeling projects, but when the home inspector stopped by on multiple occasions and commented on the outstanding work, I knew that we had selected the right contractor! Bob began the work around Thanksgiving and was complete as promised by Christmas. Our family raved about the basement over the holidays. We can't wait to bring Bob back for future projects!

Livin a Dream finished our basement. They constructed a large playroom, a closet, half bath, and a beautiful built-in shelving/cabinet unit. The quality of the work is excellent, and it was finished on budget. The crew were gentlemen. No mess in the house. Bob went out of his way to make sure all the fixtures and installations were to our satisfaction. Strongly recommend this firm.

Livin a Dream remodeled my basement and turned an unused space into my family's favorite room to spend time in. We were very satisfied with the work Bob and his team did and would recommend them to anyone needing renovations.

We hired Bob to finish our basement and our son's playroom. Bob's team was always professional and demonstrated great craftsmanship. The end result looks almost exactly like what we envisioned for the space. If there was an issue -- any job of this complexity does -- Bob made sure his guys fixed it. Bob and his team even worked to resolve issues I was having with a secondary HVAC contractor to make sure our basement ceiling remained high and perfect. The project took significantly longer than expected, but the end result was definitely worth the wait. The basement is now one of our favorite areas in the entire house!

We hired Livin a Dream Renovations to remodel our basement 3 years ago and were very pleased with the job Bob and his crew did. So pleased, that we called Bob to diagnose and fix some issues in our master bath - which he did. Unfortunately, about a month later, we noticed the leak we thought Bob had fixed had started again. We contacted Bob, who got back to us right away. We scheduled a time for him to come out and take a look. That time came and went - no call, no show. We tried contacting Bob multiple times via phone, email, text. It has been 3 weeks and nobody has returned a single message or explained/apologized for standing us up. We are disappointed and confused. This is not the way to treat return customers. Sadly, I cannot recommend Livin a Dream Renovations. It seems they do not stand by their work, or care enough about their customers.

My basement was destroyed by hurricane Irene. I lived almost 3 yrs with that mess. I found Living A Dream Renovations online and brought them in for an estimate. Right from the beginning Bob was professional and very detail oriented. His bid was very reasonable for the amount of work. His crew was in time, courteous, clean, professional and trustworthy. My basement is amazing and I absolutely love it. All of my friends and family have complimented how beautiful it looks. I would, and have , recommend Living A Dream Renovarions.

We hired Bob and his crew to redo our basement. Wish I had pictures of before, I was too embarrassed to take them. We needed more space. The challenge we presented was a lot. What the team delivered to us was incredible. Bob really know his craft. He noticed the littlest details. Our basement is beautiful and now useable space. We are glad to have the opportunity to have Bob design and construct a beautiful space.

We hired Livin' A Dream to remodel our basement and convert part of our storage space into an excercise room. Bob took the time to understand what we were looking for and to make sure we were comfortable with the plans before starting. He also made suggestions and provided advice based on his experience. We found everyone to be friendly and professional. It did take a little bit longer to complete than originally quoted but, to be fair, we did make some changes to the original scope of work. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and would hire Livin'A Dream for future projects.

We hired Bob and Livin A Dream Renovations to finish our basement in May 2012. We are a very picky about things like this and after interviewing five different contractors we confidently chose Bob for the job. What a great choice. Bob was awesome throughout the entire project. Always prompt, professional and polite. Not to mention the work he did was awesome. It's been nine months since the job was done and we are so happy with our new basement space. I've got other projects in mind and I'm calling Bob when it's time to get started.

We hired Livin a Dream Renovations to do our basement last year. Bob and team were fantastic. Bob listened to us to find out what we wanted and provided great suggestions on how to get the best outcomes. From little touches to making sure the light switches were in the right places to suggesting alternate layouts for doorways, he made sure we'd be happy with what we got. He followed through on everything and stuck to the budget. The basement came out absolutely beautiful! The space is functional, warm and inviting. The team was polite, respectful, and above all clean! I expected a huge mess and was pleasantly surprised that the mess was well contained. We'd use Livin a Dream again (and in fact we have!) You can't go wrong.

We contracted with Livin' A Dream to add a bathroom in our basement and to remodel the ceiling, light fixtures, and walls. Bob and his crew did a fantastic and very thorough job at a very reasonable price. They were courteous and professional at all times; I never heard any of them use profanity, and they were careful to keep their work area clean and to protect our belongings. Bob also did a great job of keeping in touch through e-mail. Due to some circumstances beyond their control, the job took a few days longer than the original estimate. This caused us some minor inconvenience, but Bob offered us a discount to make up for it, which we really appreciated. The work they did was excellent and made our basement much more comfortable. A few months after the job was completed, a door they had installed broke. I contacted Bob, and he came very quickly and fixed it up for us. We have recommended Livin' A Dream to others and will certainly consult them again for other remodeling we plan to do in the coming years.

Livin a Dream did a fantastic job on our custom deck! It was everything we wanted and we love to enjoy it during the warm weather. We've already had many hours of enjoyment with our parties over the summer. The LED lighting really makes the deck sparkle at night. Thanks Livin a Dream for doing an awesome job!

We had our basement finished. The work was impeccable. The finishing work was as good as it gets. The ideas Bob came up for finishing our basement were spot on. Maximizing the space and really adding a wonderful addition to our living space. I would recommend Livin A Dream to anyone who wants a top notch job.

Two years ago Bob completely redid all of the insulation, ceilings, and doors in our bedrooms. When Bob said he would be at the house at a given time, he always was. At the end of each day his crew left the area clean and ready for the next day's work. When Bob checked the work at times, he explained to the crew that they had missed some details and made sure that they completed the job properly. The MOST impressive thing was the cleaning service he sent when all four rooms were complete. We are looking to have the bathroom and kitchen done in the very near future and once again we will use Bob. It is not often that you find someone that you trust in your house when you are not there. Bob has earned that trust.

Bob's work is of top quality. The end result surpassed our expectations; our friends still comment on the workmanship applied to the basement. The bar is incredible and remains the highlight of the space. The crew was respectful, left the area clean after the day was done. I even commented that the construction site was left cleaner than before. The name of the company, "Livin a Dream" is aptly chosen - with a vision and a contractor like Bob, you are sure to live that dream. I would recommend Bob and his team to anyone because of the top quality results!

Livin A Dream came to me through my son, who saw the name on the company truck. It turned out to be the best "name on truck" that ever could be! Over time, Livin A Dream worked on many aspects of my home from outside siding replacements to a full renovation of my old out-dated kitchen - with other incidentals along the way. I quickly felt great trust that Bob knew his business inside and out. It was his ability to really listen to my needs (wants) that led to clear communication between us. I always felt confident in the work and looked forward to the arrival of Bob and his people. Everyone was considerate of me and my surroundings. That being said, the workmanship in my new kitchen continues to bring compliments to me and I continue to love everything about it!
