Marilyn Mangum
Owner
Pete Mangum is a contractor to be avoided at all costs. She (yes, she) will give a good price, make everything sound reasonable, show you projects that look great, etc. Then when it comes to your job, her crew doesn't show up. Then you find out the crew and subs she used on the prior good jobs are all gone and/or won't work with her anymore because she stiffed them, lied, was slow to pay, or somehow screwed them over. She walks onto the job site for 5 minutes every few days, but knows nothing about building herself. When things really get bad, as they inevitably will with her, then she tries to bully and threaten you into paying money so she can pay her subs - money she should already have paid them. Stay away. Just stay away.
