*********BE AWARE********BE AWARE*********BE AWARE*********BE AWARE********* We were hired by James Marinaro, and James Christensen, to do siding work in Saint paul MN. in 2008 Mr: Marinaro promised me, that we will get paid the following saturday, after the job was completed. after 3 years we are still waiting for payments Mr Marinaro always arguments he is a reputable Contractor and he will pay me, but after 3 years, I don't think He will. anyy way he's point is that James Christensen (Mr Jim about 63 yrs old) stole a lot of business nad money, bla bla bla. and he is broke and don't have money to pay me... We had to placed mechanical liens on the properties. sorry for homeowners, but we have no choices... please avoid lien on your property, and don't do business with this delinquents... Jim marinaro construction dont have google maps because he is hiring from customers my reviews...

could you please tell mr james marinaro that we are still waiting for the payment that he owed me for the 3 siding jobs that I did for hin in st paul MN. on 2008 He is a thief. I'm going to publish the invoices signed by hin saying that he will pay when money money is available from customers.
I had to put a lien at one of the house, that is not fair for customers who pay for the job when is completed. but that is the last resourse that we have, when we face thief like mr james marinaro at marinaro construction thieft llc

I was hire by Mr Jim Marinaro, and his partner a 63 old Jim Christensen to do Siding job in Saint Paul in 2008. and I will get paid the following week after work is completed.
Mr Maarinaro stole my payments and refused to pay me argument that Jim Christensen stole a lot of his money and business, bla bla, bla, he promised me in the last 3 years he will pay me but we are on 2012, I don't see how he will pay me, i requested hin to make payments with any valuable items, tv, or any thing, but he refused.
we had to place a mechanical lien on the properties where we worked. we sorry for homeowners but we had not choices
Please avoid any lien on your property, and don't hire this delinquents.
