Very bad. They did not get the proper permits and blamed the city
The city only passed what they came to inspect. Phil did not tell
the city he did plumbing work and that was not inspected. When I asked Phil why did not the plumbing get inspected . He said it did and it passed. Phil is pretty tricky. The inspector said they only passed what they were called to inspect.
They also overbilled me .They said they would credit my account but that credit never showed up when I asked phil to explain. he told me he will quit cause I am harassing them and he told me to ask a family member or a priest to review the accounting. He still owes me money and does not want to discuss it. Now he said he will not finish the work.
