McAdams & Sons Roofing. PO Box 888. Elm Mott, Tx 76640. Office 254-799-2949. Fax 254-829-3365. On 10-31-2022. Dennis Adams came to check on four Americans who were roofing my house with the city permit included. His team arrived at 7:00 a.m. with a big truck and large trailer. They put tarps all around the house, removed the old roof placing old shingles directly into the trailer. Installed metal edging as needed, and metal flashing in valleys. Installed six vents and painted them the same color as the new roof. They removed old turbines and installed wooden deck over holes as needed. The workers were focused on their job and worked fast, finishing the job in one day. Lastly, they cleaned up around the house, then removed all debris. They gave a limited workmanship guarantee against leakage of two years. The shingles have 25 years (to the year 2048) limited warranty. The next day, Dennis Adams, Owner, came for a final review of the workmanship and full payment was made. They do work with the insurance company.
