    Non Starter and a waste of time

    Experience was very poor. I would not recommend this contractor again as I accidentally trusted only him to come out to the property. I organised the property manager to give him access since I wanted to use him, after attending he gave me a quote for the work he wanted to do not the work on the list. We were not interested in what he wanted to get done in the building. In the end he back tracked on his word and decided to demand money to complete the estimate on the work we wanted him to do.

    We had a terrible experience with Brian McFadden who we hired to do some painting and carpentry work. Paint job quality was OK but he took three times as long to complete the work. Very poor project management. The carpentry work quality was awful!! The doors he made never closed properly due to poor workmanship. McFadden walked away from the job without completing it. He is not competent or honorable.
