If I could rate no stars I would. I purchased a home from these guys and they are crooks. They provided the city with fraudulent documents so they could obtain a no build easement between our house and the property next door which they also own, without removing items that were on the no build easement. Then came back two years later and threatened to sue us for having our property on their no build easement. The city insisted that they acted incorrectly. They also replaced the sewer line in our house during escrow and we have now discovered that they did not pay the $6k bill associated with the replacement. The man who acts as the "bulldog" of the company, threatened to saw our property in half in front of my child. He is a loser who tries to bully and threaten people because he is incapable of reasonable communication. These people are disgusting, unethical liars. Never do business with these people.

This awful contractor actually builds home under many different names, so be careful t search out all the registered corporations associated with the main person and that address.
Our experience was so awful that we had to sue them in small claims court and we won. They fought us every step of the way and completely lied about what happened to our house.
These people view customers as the enemy, like we're a problem that must be taken care of aggressively. That's the only way I can describe what it was like to deal with them.
