    Had them come to our home for a line blockage, the tech was a nice guy found the septic filter clogged, went to his truck and got a 10' ft section of cable & ran it into the open drain by hand. I was quoted a $ 75.00 service call and a $35.00 charge if they had to run the machine, I had them pump out the tank cause it was open, was quoted a $320.00 charge, which was acceptable the total bill for the 1st plumber was $220.00 and I was charged a $35.00 fee for sewer machine use, I called & asked about the charge when the guy NEVER USED THE MACHINE! was told if he even hand used the cable the charge applies. I guess their making so much business that they can afford to lose some, fortunate & foolish, even tipped the guy $20.00, and the pump truck $10.00. Nice guys, but being greedy will cost them my business, Never Again.

    We had their men her to fix a leaking out door faucet, they knocked a hole in the wall & said that the pipe wasn't leaking just the faucet. They didn't glue the pipes back together when we turned on the faucet water shoot out around the joint.
    I've heard lots of bad things about this Co before but they were willing to send some one when we needed them. I can't say I would recommend them to anyone. After I called & complained & they agreed to send some one back out.

    Clean out pipe from septic to house.

    I called them to come out and clear the drain from the septic to the house. They came out and told me that the septic was full and that cleaning the drain out will do nothing. They called some other division about pumping it out then charged me $131 to come and look and told me pumping fees are separate from them coming out to the house and did not do the job I wanted and expected them to do.

    In summary they did not do what I asked for, which was snake the line from my septic TAP into the House, and instead charged me for doing nothing but uncovering the top of the septic tank to which I have another service provider I use !!

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE AS THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB I ASKED THEM TO DO ON THE PHONE AND INSTEAD DID WHAT THEY WANTED WHICH WAS CHARGE ME A FEE FOR SOMETHING ELSE !!!

    HAD THEY HAVE DONE WHAT I WANTED THEM TO DO THIS BAD REVIEW WOULD NOT BE HERE !
