7 years later and the exact same experience as above. Project was supposed to be ~100K and cost of 200K. Timeline was supposed to be 3-4 montths but took over a year — NO JOKE! Project was disoriented. He displaced us from the bedroom to tear down a closet, but then left the closet torn down for over 5 months while he worked on other parts of the project.
