New to area and found this company online, thought they were a legitimate metal roofing supplier, however,upon getting a quote from the owner Mark I relayed costs to homeowner I was working for. We paid upfront and waited 3 weeks for materials while the price skyrocketed another thousand dollars. We had no choice but to pay their ransom as we had already put down 3500 deposit,this was criminal and these people should all be jailed.Theres laws against ripping off the elderly and the homeowner and I are considering just that. Shame on this company for their business practices, unprofessionalism, sloppy bookkeeping, and super high prices. I would like to forewarn all contractors and unsuspecting homeowners to beware are steer far, far, away from this corrupt business. I have over 40 years experience in the building industry and this experience with Northern Michigan metal roofing is the absolute worst by far. BEWARE ALL
