Signed my contract in Sept 2020, they dug Dec. 30 and it's been one delay after another. Very unprofessional. Can't manage projects because they have so many. Each of the 4 PM's have 47 pools to complete, instead of the usual 12-15 they each manage. It's been a nightmare and there's no end in sight. It's been one screw up after another and constant inspection failures. I don't know where to go next.
