Add porch, renovate bathrooms, take out a wall
    $300,000

Bad finish work. He did not pay roofing sub and flooring sub. I paid him though. Avoid working with Jeff Parker.

    new build
    $110,000

Jeff Parker has done quality work on a $100,000 project of a mother in law suite at my home. He has navigated Covid and supply chain problems fairly and his workers have been cordial and thorough. Not sure what these bad reviews are about as it was not at all my experience. He knows his business and is a good communicator.

    Move support beam
    $1,500

This was the worst contractor to work with. He left the job unfinished in my house that I ultimately had to have redone by someone else. When the project wasn’t even finished I got an invoice being charged for things that had not been completed. Insanely hard to contact and employees that cut corners.

Took 2 months for them to give a quote for repairs. It’s been nearly 2 months and never received their quote. Always had an excuse about something.

Roof Work, Facade Work, AC Work, Plumbing Work
    $40,000

Spent over $40K on absolutely appalling quality of work with Jeff Parker. He never came by to check the work of his workers, and two years into all of what we paid him to do we’ve had to hire other trustworthy companies to repair 70% his terrible workmanship.

The main sewage line below my kitchen sink wasn’t reattached properly after he did work on it and all my water waste was just dumping under my house for over a year. His AC “repairs” didn’t even last 5 months, the AC duct work was legitimately duct taped into place and not harnessed at all underneath my house. The roof he fully redid leaked during every heavy rain, called him back five times to fix it and it never got repaired until I hired a reputable roofing company to complete the job. Every company I’ve hired has asked me who completed this work unprompted due to the terrible quality. Not to mention, his workers started a fire in my house by spraying aerosols directly in front of my water heater’s gas pilot! Every invoice he sent me was laden with erroneous mistakes (always an upcharge or course, one time in upwards of 10K of incorrect book keeping on his invoicing)

He removed two of our cabinets in our kitchen for repairs and lost them, so still, three years later and we have not found a company that can replace them for us (never thought something like replacing cabinet doors would be such an issue but it is!)

I should have known it was an omen the first week he began his project when he didn’t have the common sense to avoid leaving tons of power tools in a vacant property that he threw his marketing sign on the lawn of, back door was completely demolished by burglars kicking it in to ransack all of his crew’s tools. Most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with in a professional environment. Beware!

    Addition to house
    $40,000

Wish I could give him zero stars. He was an absolutely awful contractor. His workers did a terrible job and he was never on site to check up on progress. Multiple things wrong with new build. 2 years later it still rains inside the house, doors have to be completely replaced because they don’t close, balcony warped and replaced once already, shoe molding already coming off, some outlets don’t work. Seriously would not recommend Jeff Parker to my worst enemy.

    Home renovation
    $100,000

Jeff Parker did a shoddy job on my home and on top of that did not apply for the proper permits with the city!!!!

Where should I begin... He installed huge ticket items in my house incorrectly causing irreversible damage and on top that he ignored me and I had to threaten to sue him in order to get his attention.

He installed my kitchen countertop incorrectly and the paint on the wood floors and the trim had to be scraped and repainted one year after they had been done by him! They were peeling and flaking all over the place.

He painted over rotten wood on my exterior trim and that also had to be replaced about one year after he painted the exterior of my home.

There were leaks all over the bay window he installed and my front door had gaps all over the place.

And once again he completely ignored my emails texts and phone calls. Jeff Parker is not someone to be trusted.

This contractor completed a renovation of my home in midcity. Jeff Parker was extremely cordial, easy to talk to and professional. His crew was outstanding, tidy and did a great job in the expected time frame.
